Do I have to drive to Lyndhurst?
No — that’s the whole point. You mail the samples, we send back a link to the finished pack. Want to sit in on shoot day anyway? Weekday evenings are open by appointment.
Why not shoot it on my phone?
You can. Then your $48 face oil sits next to brands that didn’t, looking like a $6 one. Viscosity, slip, the way a balm breaks under a fingertip — that’s what sells skincare, and it takes controlled light to catch it.
What do I own afterwards?
Every delivered file, with unlimited use across your site, marketplaces, social and paid ads. No per-platform licensing. No renewal invoice next spring.
What if a frame misses?
Flag it within 7 days of delivery and we reshoot it from your spare unit, included. That’s why we ask for three.
How does billing work?
One invoice per project. Half holds your shoot date; the rest is due when the pack lands in your inbox. Card or bank transfer.
